1. What is free on the Amazon Fire Stick? Basically, EVERYTHING in the apps that I load are FREE.
2. What does the Fire Stick do? The Fire Stick lets you stream Internet or network
video to your TV. This means that you can watch Movies, TV shows, Music and
Live TV.
3. What does a Jailbroken/sideloaded firestick do? With the programming I install you get UNLIMITED
access to Movies, TV shows, Music and Live TV (even in theater movies
qualities vary)
4. How to use an Amazon Fire Stick? The Amazon Fire Stick requires an HDMI port, a Wi-Fi
network and Power. You connect the Fire Stick to the HDMI port on your TV, then
you connect the power cord to the Fire TV stick and plug it into an outlet.
Turn on the TV and switch the input to the one with the Fire Stick. Then follow
startup guide to enter your Wi-Fi and tips to get started.
5. Do You Need Internet, Wi-Fi or Hotspot for the Amazon
Fire Stick? Yes, you need to
have a Wi-Fi or Hotspot.
6. What are the Amazon Fire Stick requirements? The Amazon Fire Stick requires an HDMI port, a Wi-Fi

9. What are the Amazon Fire TV Internet speed
requirements? While there are no
specific speed requirements to use the Fire Stick, there are some general
recommendations based on the type of video that you want to stream.
· If you want to stream in SD (standard definition) –
then you need a minimum Internet speed of 3 Megabits per second
· If you want to stream in HD (high-definition) – then
you need a minimum Internet speed of 5 Megabits per second
10. Can I set up the Fire Stick without an
Amazon account? MY devices are setup with a temp account that you can
use, but you can also follow our startup guide and add your own account as well.
11. Do you need Amazon Prime for the Fire
Stick? No, you do not need Amazon Prime for the Fire Stick.
12. Do you get live TV, or local channels
available, sports, Pay Per View? These focus more on cable that you
would otherwise have to pay for.
· Local channels such
as local news usually purchase an antenna since local news is free. These do
get prime time channels such as ABC, NBC, FOX and CBS. And premium paid cable
channels HBO, Starz, Showtime, Cinemax etc.
· Sports my
devices have ESPN1 and ESPN2, ESPN news, ESPNU, NFL network, NBA, Sec plus tons
and tons of other sports channels
· PPV Yes,
they do. Multiple sources for viewing them.
ü I also load an optional IPTV service with TV guide
that gets local channels and over 400 HD USA channels.
13. How to connect the Amazon Fire Stick to
Wi-Fi without a remote? Download the Fire TV remote app to your phone.
14. Can I watch Netflix, Hulu or Sling on the
Amazon Fire Stick? Any Movies, TV shows or Live TV can be found in the
apps I install with my programming.
15. What Fire Stick movies can I watch? You
can watch any movies on the Fire Sticks.
16. Can you have multiple Fire Sticks at the
same time (multiple TVs)? You can definitely have multiple Fire Sticks
running at the same time.
17. Will this last forever without needing an
update? The firesticks or fire TVs are loaded up with so many options
they last for a good while. I load over 30 apps for multiple
sources for Movies, Tv shows, music and Live tv. Most apps have the
ability to auto update or prompt you to auto-update when an update is
available. So, it depends on you for how often you'd like it updated. I have
customers from over a year ago that are still able to find sources for watching
movies and TV shows and I have customers that like to stay up to date and come
back about every 6-8 months. We do give discounts to customers that have
purchased from us, it's $25 for updates.
18. What do I do if it keeps buffering? There are
many factors for buffering, one can be the actual stream you're trying to watch
(try another) If everything buffers then that is going to be internet or
hardware related. Can be the speed is too slow, I have had people with routers
that just aren't good for streaming. I personally use an AC1900 rated router
that gives great signal to the whole house. So, distance away from the router
can also be a factor. 5ghz band also transfers double the data that 2.4ghz band
can transfer.
19. Do I need one
for each TV? Yes just like cable requires a device on each TV. That is
the only way it can show on the TV.
