Firestick Apps

When you first get your Stick:

Wait until you see a screen with Fire TV settings - Go To Network Settings- choose your network, enter password. Now you’ll have to restart it. Either unplug the power cord to reset. Or hold down the center circle button and play button simultaneously for 12 seconds.

If ALLOW USB DEBUGGING pops up, select OK

***UNLESS YOU LOG INTO YOUR OWN ACCOUNT, DO NOT LOAD ANY APPS. DO NOT ENTER ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION UNLESS IT IS YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS IS A SHARED FREE ACCOUNT WITH MULTIPLE USERS.***

If you’d like to register your Amazon account à Fire TV settings- Settings- My Account-Sign In/ deregister. It will NOT delete the apps

They will remove from the front screen but follow below to navigate to them.

If TV Launcher does not pop up, select this iconin Fire TV settings, applications, manage applications.

Movies and TV shows APPs are circled below (some apps change but same general area)

• Movies players installed are VLC and MX Pro, . You can choose either one of those and can also choose to always use that player. Some apps have their own players as well.  

Live TV apps are circled below

• Live TV players installed are VLC or MX Pro player, you can choose one and choose always, I prefer VLC player.  (some apps change but same general area)

If anything pops up in an APP asking to update, you can go ahead and say yes.  Some apps will auto update OR allow you to update, some will not.

MOUSE TOGGLE:
To ENABLE mouse toggle (for megabox, or pandora, swift streams, adult xxx apps) Double click the play/pause button quickly.
To DISABLE mouse toggle, click play / pause button one time then proceed and it will automatically go away.

*Some apps allow the voice search* You have to be in the app itself and go to search then when the keyboard and microphone pops up letting you know it's ready then you can use it to search...otherwise it will take you to the Amazon programming which charges.

If you get lost, remember you can hit the back button until it brings you to the beginning screen.

PPVà to access the ppv fights you can use MOBDRO, SPORTS SECTION, SEARCH FOR BTSPORTS2 
Really, you can go into any of the sports sections in the live apps and search for BTSPORTS2

Depending on the popularity of the PPV event, there may be buffering/cache. This means you may not have a perfect smooth viewing of the ppv. IT IS FREE…I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE QUALITY OR BUFFERING.

***ADULT*** If you purchased that package, the section is located at the bottom of all the apps. Mouse toggle will need to be used with most of these apps.
